Deluxe Apartment

"Deluxe Apartment" has a double bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed, a large kitchen and a living room with a 140x160 cm French double sofa bed, 43" Smart TVs in both the living room and the double bedroom, two balconies and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, private entrance, free WiFi and self check-in.

We are near the historic city center but outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and in the center of all services such as bars, supermarkets, laundries, restaurants, pizzerias and shops for every need.

We are 1.7 km from the Verona Arena, reachable with a short 25-minute walk, leaving your car parked for free outside the building. Alternatively, you can take the bus, which stops just 50 metres away and takes you to the historic centre in 10 minutes.

The entrance to the "Deluxe Apartment" is separated from that of the other "Deluxe Room" unit by a small hallway. Each unit thus has its own private entrance.

We are a Tourist Rental so there is no reception but a simple online check-in . If you prefer to check in personally, please let us know when booking so that we can agree on your expected arrival time in advance. Otherwise, unfortunately, there will be no one to welcome you.

As required by Italian law, you will receive a simple rental agreement that must be signed during the online check-in process.

For security reasons, there is a camera outside the entrance door that only frames the corridor outside the "Deluxe Apartment" entrance door.
